🚚 Shipping Information – Richards Bay Pet Shop

At Richards Bay Pet Shop, we offer reliable and safe shipping across South Africa, by means of The Courier Guy.

📦 Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Live plants & Extras are shipped only from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

If there is out of stock items the delay can be up to 2 weeks or longer, but rest assured we will be in contact with you throughout the entire process to work on your order.

• Nationwide Courier Delivery (door-to-door)

• Live Plant & Extras Shipping: Carefully packed to ensure safe arrival.

• Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details via email and or WA once your order has been dispatched.

• At Richards Bay Pet Shop, we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, we regret to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control once the package is handed over to the courier, we cannot guarantee the condition of fragile items, during transit.
